What We Collect
- What you give us: property address, description of the damage, your name, phone number, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us about the claim or the ownership.
- What your browser sends: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type.
- Advertising parameters: where you arrived from a paid advertisement, the campaign identifiers attached to that link.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, driver's licence number, bank account details, or policy documents at the enquiry stage. If any of those become necessary they are handled by the title company, not by us through this website.
What We Use It For
- Researching the property and preparing an offer.
- Contacting you about that offer by phone, text or email.
- Meeting our own record-keeping obligations on transactions we complete.
- Understanding which advertising works, in aggregate.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to other property buyers, investor lists or lead brokers. We share it only with the service providers who make the business function: our customer relationship system, our phone and email providers, and, on a transaction that proceeds, the title company handling closing. Those providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Calls and Messages
By sending an enquiry you are asking us to contact you about your property, including by phone and text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, and tell us on any call if you would prefer not to be contacted again. We honour that immediately and permanently.
Cookies and Measurement
This site uses a small number of cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. It sets no third-party advertising cookie before you interact with the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the forms will still work.
Your Choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deletion is subject to records we are required to keep on completed transactions. Send the request to the email address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
